How do I receive the discounted event parking rate?
Follow these steps at DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport in SeaTac:
- At entry: Take a parking ticket from the gate when entering the parking lot.
- At registration: Request and collect your discounted parking validation ticket at the event registration desk.
- Keep both tickets: Retain your original entry ticket and the validation ticket received at registration.
When Exiting the Parking Lot
- Insert your original parking ticket into the exit gate machine.
- Then insert your validation ticket.
- The discounted parking rate will be applied.
- Pay the discounted parking fee, if required.
- Once the gate opens, you may exit.

You can register in either of these ways:
- Online: Click the Registration button on the event website and complete the registration form.
- In person: If you cannot register in advance, visit the Registration Booth in the event foyer on the day of the event.
What are the directions to the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport (SeaTac)?
The AFH EXPO venue:
SeaTac, WA 98188
From Northbound I-5
- Take Exit 154B toward Burien/SeaTac Airport.
- Merge onto State Route 518 West.
- Take the exit for WA-99 South / International Boulevard.
- Continue south on International Boulevard.
- The hotel will be on your right.
From Southbound I-5
- Take Exit 152 toward SeaTac Airport.
- Follow signs for WA-518 West / SeaTac Airport.
- Take the exit for WA-99 South / International Boulevard.
- Continue south on International Boulevard.
- The hotel will be on your right.
Arriving from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA)
The hotel is approximately ¼ mile from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and offers a complimentary airport shuttle service for hotel guests and visitors.
To use the shuttle:
- Collect your luggage and proceed to the Courtesy Shuttle Pickup Area.
- Follow airport signs for Hotel Courtesy Shuttles.
- Look for the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport shuttle.
